Portland Gluten Free manufactures gluten free pizza crusts daily in a completely gluten free environment. Our facility is HACCP2 (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified. 

We make our pizza crusts to order, so they always go to our distributors fresh. The pizza skins are constructed by hand, parbaked and then frozen. 

Our crusts are meant to be topped and cooked directly from the freezer. Do not thaw until the day of use. Our crusts are preservative free, so thawed crusts will mould after about 3 days in the refrigerator. Crusts thawed and refrozen tend to crack.

Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Oregano, Yeast, Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Garlic, Olive Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, Nutritional Yeast. Vegetable Oil Blend used for pan spray.
