Our organic garbanzo flour is made from nothing but organic dried beans that are ground into a fine powder. This flour is milled from lightly roasted garbanzo beans, which lends a sweet, rich, slightly "nutty" flavor to baked goods. Garbanzo flour is natually high in protein and is gluten-free. This flour is very versatile and can be used in both sweet or savory dishes, and can be blended with other flours.
